Service Description

Saddle up at the trail head and head up the trail. These back country rides are great for beginners to experienced riders, let our experienced horses and guides show you the amazing area. Start near the creek, and gain elevation to open meadows, aspens and pine forests, scenic areas for great pictures and views before heading back down the mountain to the trailhead. We have many trails to fit the needs of all our riders all around the historic town of Redstone. Our knowledgeable guides will keep you entertained with stories, history, and information on the local wildlife, flora and fauna. Back country rides begin June 1 and go through August, September to October rides are by phone reservation only. All riders must be at least 8 YRS old, All trail rides are walking only, No double riding allowed For Groups larger than 4 please call (970)963-1144 or Email us at AvalancheOutfitters@gmail.com to book Refund will be granted if cancelled before the 24 hour cancellation policy Cancellation within 24 Hour Period will void refund, No Call No Show will be charged full price of ride.
