Guest Agrees to Below Terms and Conditions

Pre-Arrival Terms

Arrive 30 minutes before ride for Liability Waivers, Horseback Riding Demonstrations, and possible short drive to Trailhead

Redstone Stables is located at 17843 Hwy 133 Redstone, CO 81623 (Directly behind the Redstone Coke Ovens the Brick Beehives)

If the Guest is late for arrival, the amount of time late can be taken off from the time on the ride and full price will still be charged.

Guest who shows up more than 20 minutes late for  booked riding time will forfeit riding spot and agrees to pay full price of ride

I Agree that the information provided is accurate for the time of booking. 

All Riders are the age of 8YRS and older at time of booked Horseback Ride

All Riders must ride their own horses, No Double riding is allowed

All Riders age 8-13 are required to wear a helmet

Cancellations

Refund of deposit will be granted if cancelled before the 24 hour cancellation policy
Cancellation within 24 Hour Period will void refund of deposit, No Call No Show will be charged full price

Avalanche Outfitters has the right to end a ride early or deny a ride to guests for any reason, including but not limited to; Drug use, Alcohol use, ride below the required age, not following guides instructions, breaking of rules set fourth by Avalanche Outfitters, overweight of person.

In terms of weather and trail conditions Avalanche Outfitters will make the call for safety, we will ride rain, shine or snow, if guests choose to cancel due to weather they must reschedule or lose their deposit.  If Avalanche Outfitters decides to cancel the ride all deposits and payments will be refunded.  If a ride is cut short due to weather Avalanche Outiftters will charge accordingly
