DROP CAMP HUNTING
Have the drive for the DIY type of hunt but don't have the camp gear, horses or time to scout yourself? Our Drop Camp option is perfect for you. With our drop camp hunt we provide everything you need for a successful hunt, from the 14X16 wall tent, cots, cooking equipment and camp location, to the horseback pack in/out and game pack out. All you need is your personal gear, hunting gear, food, tags, and proper physical endurance. We will set you up in a camp that will match your hunting abilities, hunting style and physical abilities. All our camps are set up in public land of the White River National Forest or Maroon Bells Wilderness area of Unit 43 during the Archery, Muzzleloader, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Rifle Season for Elk, Deer, Black Bear, Bighorn Sheep and Mountain Goat. Camps consist of aspen meadows, pine forests, open meadows and rugged terrain. We cannot guarantee success, but we strive to get you and your group the best opportunity at the game you're chasing. Once booked we will give you information on the area you are hunting, you can then E-scout to get as familiar with the area as possible without boots on the ground. The hunting is all up to you, once successful you will need to quarter your animal and have it in a horse accessible spot where we will come in and pack it out for you. We do not provide taxidermy services or game processing services, although we will do our best to set you up with our trusted taxidermists and game processors. Need a little extra help during your hunt we offer a Semi Guided Option of a guide in camp for $500/guide/day.
