Cancellation Policy

To cancel or Reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise you will not be refunded for your ride Bank statements will show up as Pair A Dice Outfitters DBA Avalanche Outfitters from Square App. If funds are disputed after services are provided Pair A Dice Outfitters DBA Avalanche Outfitters will recharge for services plus 15%. If client does not pay invoice client will be black listed from booking in future.
